Lakeshore Woods (LSW) is one of the most desirable communities on Lake Anna. Our small community of 52 properties offers access to the water, an assigned boat slip for members not on waterfront, a beautiful private beach, a lakeside fire pit, a picnic area, a boat ramp, and a covered pavilion. We are located on the public side on Contrary Creek just down lake from the 208 bridge near shopping and restaurants but off the busy main lake.

Our community takes great pride in providing a friendly, safe, and secure neighborhood for both our full-time and part-time families to call home. The summer sunsets from the common area and most water front lots are stunning.
