Lakeshore Woods (LSW) is one of the most desirable communities on Lake Anna. Our community of 52 properties offers access to the public side of Lake Anna, an assigned boat slip for members not on waterfront, a private beach area, a lakeside fire pit, a picnic area, a boat ramp, and a covered pavilion. We are located on Contrary Creek just down lake from the 208 bridge near shopping and restaurants but off the busy main lake. 

Our small community takes great pride in providing a friendly, safe, and secure neighborhood for both our full-time and part-time families to call home.  The summer sunsets from the common area and most waterfront lots are stunning.
